Simpson's Rule | |
Summary |
areas bounded or enclosed by the graph of a function, the x-axis and vertical lines can be found by integration. they can also be found by other approximate numerical methods. simpson's rule divides the required area into a series of strips whose tops are parabola shaped.. the areas of these strips are then summed to find the total area. simpson's rule is a formula used to speed up this process. |
