the six basic trigonometric functions can be differentiated. this table is given with the exam paper but should be memorised.
the chain rule is used to differentiate more complex trigonometric functions. the derivatives of the inverse trigonometric functions, sin-1x, cos-1x and tan-1x and variations. (not required for nz ncea level 3)
